What is the most important thing I want to achieve today?
Clearity about work situation - plan for worst case.
Things I learnt today
I am not in the happiest place in life
I don’t like routine for the sake of routine (especially pushed on by someone else)
Something I want to learn - how to recognise when someone usually rational is not being rational
Things I could do differently to make the day (life) better
Planned intake questions for meeting
Let people know not to broadcast my life (especially the downs?? lol)
Research things better before agreeing to someone else’s plans
Things I did well today
Dealt with lost wallet situation - did not panic
Somehow got work done despite onslaught of negativity
Things I want to concentrate on doing tomorrow

Not thinking about/planning for work
