Learner's Journal - 23.03.19

“There is freedom waiting for you

On the breezes of the sky,

What is the most important thing I want to achieve today?

Start meditation

Things I learnt today

  • Exercise is a great hangover cure lol

  • Meditation is hard

  • Some metrics cannot be objective - they are different for different people

Things I could do differently to make the day better

  • MORE SUNSCREEN

  • Packed my room faster

  • Stretched more - I’m going to be the most sore person I know on Monday

Things I did well today

  • Dragon boating!

  • Didn’t overreact and act like a hypochondriac

  • Observed my jealousy and didn’t act on it. Gave M some space.

Things I want to concentrate on doing tomorrow

  • Sorting out weekly calendar

  • Getting in a great mock interview to prepare for Monday (and life)

  • Being productive
